ARG Procedures for protecting the integrity and security of data and further information is detailed within the ARG Group Information Security Policy. All computer systems and equipment is maintained by the ARG Group to ensure proper functioning and falls under the above policy.
Within the Information Security Policy, Data Privacy, Protection and Monitoring is applicable to the following scenarios:
- All information obtained, created or stored during the course of inspection activities.
- All Staff and Subcontractors associated with the inspection activities.
The ARG Group shall maintain customer confidentiality as applicable by UK law and will hold any and all confidential information secure. All information held will only be used for its intended purpose. If requested to release information by law and/or by a competent authority, the company will do so and will notify the customer by writing of the release of such information unless prohibited to do so.
Any information received regarding a customer which has been obtained from sources other than the customer shall be treated as confidential.
Temporary, Self Employed or Contracted In employees under contract to the ARG Group will be instructed to comply with both company and customer confidentiality and integrity. Such members of staff will be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements as a minimum requirement prior to onset of any works.
