In recognition of this standard we have achieved the BS EN ISO 9001:2015Â and 14001:2015Â accreditation.
ARG has a quality assurance auditor, employed to inspect all aspects of our systems from conception of a contract to completion, together with two full audits a year by our certification body ARCA. This ensures that our systems meet our client's requirements and standards.
ARG have a client relation manager whose remit is to contact clients randomly on a regular basis and, with their agreement, conduct a short survey on client satisfaction, the client's opinion on how they view our service on recently completed contracts, and if they have any comments on any improvements they feel could be made to our service.
The management and site personnel regularly meet to discuss quality assurance and this enables us to monitor any problems that may occur and make any changes that need to be made.
ARG Europe has also attained a "quality mark" (accreditation) from our trade association Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA).
The ARG Group is committed to a policy of Environmental Management throughout all its activities, in compliance with ISO14001: 2004, which ensures that the services are provided in such a way to protect the environment in which we work and minimise adverse environmental effects. The Company not only aims to comply with applicable environmental legislation but strives to attain higher standards through the adoption of recognised good practices.
The ARG Group will aim to continually improve environmental standards throughout the business. We will raise the environmental awareness and commitment of our employees through structured education and communication, and we require the adoption of sound environmental principles amongst our sub-contractors and suppliers alike.
Particular emphasis is given to the prevention of pollution, the protection of wildlife and habitats, and the protection of controlled waters. We promote the use of sustainable materials and effective fuel and waste management in our operations, and endeavour to minimise the effects of noise, dust, disturbance and inconvenience to others.
Within this overall objective, we have both a moral and legal obligation to ensure that we work safely and ensure that others work safely. To this end, ARG Group maintains a Health and Safety Policy and associated arrangements. All members of the Company including personnel working on behalf of the Company are required to work within the framework of this policy.
